Hi, I’m Maggie, a dedicated nutrition counselor with a focus on supporting individuals in their recovery from disordered eating. I am deeply passionate about supporting my clients heal their relationship with food, build sustainable, realistic new patterns, and reclaim their lives from the constraints of disordered eating and negative body image.
I approach each client with empathy, respect, and a deep understanding of the emotional and physical complexities of eating disorders. I believe that true recovery goes beyond simply restoring physical health—it’s about fostering a positive, balanced relationship with food and one’s body. My work is grounded in a holistic, individualized approach, and I strive to empower clients to embrace a mindset of self-compassion and resilience throughout their journey.
In both hospital and private practice settings, I’ve worked with individuals across a wide range of ages and backgrounds. I am passionate about evidence-based care, teaching, and empowering my clients to make the best decisions for their relationship with food.
When I’m not working with clients, I enjoy experimenting with sourdough baking, traveling, going on long runs with my dog, Duke, and exploring the latest latte creation at my local coffee shops.
